One time while standing in the Mess hall line in Vietnam 1967, I was told don't eat the "coleslaw". Nobody spit in it and there was no extra "mayo". I did not eat the cole slaw.

The salad spit thing doesn't concern me too much. I have two dogs, and they eat off my fork all the time. Plus, if the waitresses are sexy, it's kind of like remote french kissing, anyway, isn't it?

What I don't like about the restaurant business is that it looks like too much work and it's too repetitive. Plus, there's that pesky health department always on you.
