Smith Barney believed to have artificially pushed price down in order to convert warrants at lowest 5 day avg price in 30 day period plus 25%, period is up Tuesday and price pushed from 19 to under 12. Company is leading manufacturer of cardio revascularization machine, received unanimous FDA panel recommendation for approval a month ago. Upon completion of audit, due this summer and possibly by June 12, FDA approval to be awarded. 50 to 100% move likely in next two weeks. Richard James
