I see, thank for clearing that up. Every bit of positive news, like cost/time savings, any FDA approvals even minor ones, efforts to reach new markets in other countries, etc should be released through their PR or IR departments (IMHO). Certainly would help the mindset of those of us longs who have refused to "give their shares away" at these prices. Besides it is very encouraging to read something about Vivus other than those redundant class action lawsuits or "in your face" Viagra will blow Muse away articles. Live Long & Prosper, 4-Bob
