In fact, often the convertible holders are allowed to short the stock themselves to protect their investment. Osicom has brought it's dwindling stock price all on itself and the stock has been in a long downtrend before I arrived on the scene. I'd like to think that I convinced some people to dump this loser company but I can't say for sure. << If you get enough negativity out there to get the proce down to the point where the shares covert and thus dilute the company a profit can be made >> What about all the positive talk on this thread? You are free to counter everything I say and convince people to bid the stock up! It's not like I have some bully pulpit and you can't put your spin on the company. Let the best argument win! Isn't that what these threads are for?
