Actually Princeton Tele. has joined forces with MSFDC for Bill presentment, although I'm not sure how closely their working together. Princeton Telecom has a reputation that is suspect in the industry, and is a fly on the Camel's Back. I don't view Princeton Telecom as a threat. Service will be the key for this industry, who has the best service will win. So far CheckFree has the best service. Benny(IMO)
