Tom.................

I guess I'll have to take back my earlier statement, " I would expect to see a better business plan from a used car salesman". I should have said " I would expect a better business plan from a GOOD used car salesman." This could give used car salesmen a bad name! Wonder why this was never mentioned in Company literature. You know......" has had an illustrious career with NASA, is on the board of MENSA and, Oh yeah, has a string of used car lots". Perry, this one's for you DOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LOL

Thos:

Just like Judge Starr, you just keep trudging along. Hope the spring weather is energizing you and all on the committee.

I also hope your post is printed and passed around the IMS staff. They need to think it thru deeply, for all the implications for now and into the future.

Its really too bad the system isn't always set up to recognize the obvious in such matters as we are living thru with this arranged bankruptcy. You will just have to keep the heat turned up until the light is seen!

Finally, you let the cat outta the bag! Our once and would-be? future leader, is one of those dudes like we have here in Houston. On TV, Jumping up and down on a 1990 hugo (for only $999.99, tonight only) while petting his white dog Fang- then the monica-lookalike- paces in front with the phone number, and well, you get the picture......

Oh my, maybe Stern is right, this is beyond belief. We are gonna need a Lanny Davis before this is all over! (just to get on a common playing field!)

Tom,

Thanks for the update.

By the way, where else could we look to "...see the results of the
7 April Meeting for the creditors, held by..." ? Can you point
me in the right direction ? Is there another way to follow the action other than your updates on this thread ?

Your comments about the lack of morality in the White House are
most appropriate. Perhaps the two sleaze-ball occupants are setting
the example for some of the scum of our society.

Please keep us informed, Tom.

Gary Stern,

If these scumbags engaged in a conspiracy to defraud us, would they
not be prosecutable under the RICOH(sp?) statutes of applicable law ?

Maybe we can relieve him of the worry of running all those used car
lots. And maybe he'd be more comfortable in a small apartment
instead of that big house he's probably got. Hhhmmmmmmmm.....
And what about that big expensive car.

Ol' RICOH is lickin' his lips and wringin' his hands together in anticipation !

Regards,
jimpit

Dear Thos,

Didn't mean for my last few replies to sound aimed at you, but this f*@#@! stock has my blood boiling. If I could face the board of directors, I would probably end up in jail for what I would do to them. Once again, I'm sorry for the negative attitude and please keep up the good dedicated work.

I wish I had some legal knowledge so that I could help the cause, but I am completely out of my league unless it deals with the feet. Please let me know if there is anyone I can write, call, send flyers to or whatever. I will do any needed work to get this company back, and keep the shareholders from getting screwed. I will take a day off of work if necessary to get things done. Let's don't let this one get away. After watching all the internet stocks take off like a rocket it makes me sick.

Once again my apologies.
