Good evening Sonny, I thought that you were already back. How did you post, anyway? I guess Intel is up now because you came back. I am sorry to hear about your bad weather and yes it has been dreary here too. I am very happy to hear that you got the Aloa Vera juice and really hope that it helps you. It is certainly worth a try. When I am in pain, I try everything that could possibly work. About how much to take, I use to just take a glass in the morning, maybe about six or eight ounces, but I don't think taking it three times a day would hurt you. Sometimes I mixed it with orange juice because the taste is so nasty.
