I don't know that anyone has been charged with anything. I guess
you're still innocent until proven guilty in Canada, also.

The only sanitation problem we have that I know of at the moment
is DAMIEN.

Muysa, Per my post:

DCI has hired the firm named Hunton and Williams, whom have a reputation of being aggressive in dealing with these issues to handle this situation and they are already working on this.

Note carefully that I said "they are already working on this", I did not say we had a lawsuit at this time. My take from reading this would be that this firm has been hired to gather information, do research and determine the best course of action. DCI follows the SEC rules and if a PR is a requirement before bringing a lawsuit (and I don't know that it is) then I am sure they will comply.

Isn't it sort of wrong (or illegal) to give info to, let us say, only those who call the company, but not to all the shareholders through a press release?

Musya:

Welcome back. I haven't seen you around much lately.

This kind of selective informing happens all the time. For example, many company's don't publicly announce when earnings will be released. And I have gotten that information on numerous occasions by simply calling and asking the question. One could certainly argue that this gives me an unfair advantage in reading the price action of the stock leading up to the announcement. But this kind of activity is commonplace. There is, of course, a fine line. The company can't tell me what the earning's report will be prior to its release
