Wayne, First of all, I want to thank you for staying in close contact with Jack and passing on your conversation. I do have a question, maybe for a future call or for Jack to read off SI. Can we expect an 8K to be filed with the details of the merger and acquisition at the same time as "the press release"? WOTD will have to disclose the details of their acquisition candidates, time frames, and plans, for stockholders to feel confident of this share exchange. To me, getting a Nasdaq Listing "as soon as possible" means a few months. During these few months, investor confidence needs to be rising...

Thanks for the update Wayne, nice to see you are picking up speed on that 2 finger typing <g> I am having computer problems today... so I hope I can post this before it blows up again, (brought my 3 yo to work with me and the Tonka search and rescue fire truck software totally fragged windows NT <lol>) Might be a while before things are back to normal. WAYNE! THANK YOU for the update!!! I am waiting patiently here ... Market will be closed tomorrow, so I am expecting next week will be a very interesting week for CVIA ... As far as the reverse split, I believe Jack Arnold will give us the best he could to his shareholders. We have been treated well so far and We will be treated even better!!! When the merger is complete, WOTD will be my next long ... I believe Jack Arnold pick a right company to do business with ... means to me also that WOTD will have a great future a head!!!AS LONG AS IT'S INCREASING THE COMPANY VALUE, EVEN REG S IS BOWED TO US!!!REVERSE SPLIT WILL BE NEXT TO BE CONQUERED!!!
