Hey Rick give em hell after next week no one holding DGIV will remember anything said this week anyway. This stock is going to be listed at that point i figure it should be no less than $6.00 with no other news than that. I first bought at .53 and figure on holding for years to come. I'll just margin it and see if maybe i'll get lucky and find another needle in the hay stack. But I firmly believe DGIV is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I agree once news comes out this stock WILL NEVER SEE $3.00 AGAIN. MARK C.

20+ years experience huh? Doesn't show. A price of $5 would have a market cap of 85 million. With no revenues, I find it hard to believe it will sustain that pace unless someone in management gets a new PR firm to convince new, big investors like myself to invest more heavily. They are very ignorant of the facts! Less than $1 million in revenues last 12 months. No earnings. There is debt, less than a million. Shares outstanding ~17 million. The website for Liberty is a SEC violation waiting to happen with their misleading info. This is by far a speculative play at best until more deals get announced and the revenues start to come in. Till then , it could hit $0 any time. Keep this in mind while reading all the hoopla and hype being posted. This is not a solid fundamental company. Be careful of what you read from people you do not know, including me. I know me, but you don't. Check out what I say for yourself. Call Bob, prez. of DGIV. Miller
