My understanding is that TNRG cancelled shares they had contracted to provide to vendors who they felt had not fulfilled their obligations (in other words they weren't paid because they didn't do the work). Another big-time success story is DGIV. As many of you know DGIV has run from $.22 to a current price of $3.56. Their run really started when they announced plans to buy back 1.5 million shares. This is a far superior way to reduce share numbers and create "tangible value". IMO NASDAQ should be much less of a priority. Just get the darn business off of the ground.
