Limtex..Strongly concur with your thoughts. To the extent that the FCC starts to interfere with that free market it will only serve to reduce those economic benefits that are currently propelling this economy.... Unfortunately, that seems not to have slowed the Gov much in the past when it came to interfering in free markets. (Cryptography is a good example). Hope this will prove to be the exception...I'd like to load up on QWST again... dlo
