Hutch,TWO DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS OF THAT DOW THEORY OBVIOULY WE HAD encountered here.

Your suggestion on the DOW theory is on the averages of prices of a 30 industrial stocks; DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE, and on the averages of prices of a 20 railroad and transportation stocks, DOW JONES TRANSPORTATION AVERAGE, and on the averages of prices of a 20 utility stocks, DOW JONES UTILITY INDEX.

It is clear and without any doubt that DOW theory based on DOW JONES INDUTRIAL AVERAGE, DOW JONES TRANSPORTATION AVERAGE AND DOW JONES UTILTY INDEX can not apply to any one of the VSE. ASE, and TSE mining penny stocks. Why do theses averages and index have to do with mining stocks???? Industrial companies, transportation companies, and utility companies are more on interest rates sensitive, mining penny stocks are more speculative on their findings (discovery) and /or their properties, mining claims near that new findings etc.... Aren't you see their quite different?????

My application of that DOW theory is the technical analysis of a stock trend i.e. simply based on daily volume and price movement of an individual stock like CWA, etc....

May be we graduated from the same DOW school but from different Departments, one from DJIA, DOW TRANSPORT, and DOW DOW UTILITY, the other from Technical analysis, Trend Theory, VOLUME and Price Movement.

Technically, that DOW theory concept of technical analysis of stock trend looks good on that CWA puppy.

Thank you anyway for your opinions and gold tries....

Good luck for your MGJ and ABX options....

...John
