Blockbuster Video Outlines DVD Rollout

Blockbuster Video's new CEO told a group of Wall Street analysts that the video store chain will roll out DVD products in 1,000 stores within the next two months. John Antioco, who was hired 10 months ago from an executive position at Taco Bell, told analysts gathered at Blockbuster's headquarters in Dallas that the chain is launching a major push to sell and rent DVD hardware and movies. "We think [DVD] is going to really be a good rental business," Antioco said.
