I also agree that the ZIT is doomed. I would not be surprised if they reorganized to save the storage division under a different name by this fall. A merger is unlikely because Y2K is yesterday's news. Why invest in Y2K which is going nowhere when there are a hundred internet companies tripling in value. When even the good companies are going sideways (stock price) ZITL is history.

michael you are absolutely right. According to my calculations a merger would create roughly 50 mill worthless zit shares. thus wise a market cap of 600 mill which is zit at 12 is much too generous even for the disillusioned longs. Look for stock to go below 5 unless bankruptcy proceeds.
