Yes, the stock price must increase substantially before
any reverse split. If not, they will have to do something
like a 1 for 300 or 400. The significance of this is
to ensure the stock stays above the requirements for
listing. As we all know, stocks get hammered after
reverse splits, so CVIA must keep this in mind. It would
behoove the company to wait until we can get into the
teens prior to any reverse. However, it may take a long,
long time before this stock gets above .10, and the company
may not be able to survive that long without adequate
shares for future acquisitions. I was thinking the company
would increase the number of shares authorized, but this
will certainly not allow them to be listed any where.
Well, another week goes by without any REAL news. I
suppose better luck next week.
