Well I thought the market action in PTVL on Wed was due to actual selling of the secondary offering shares but the news release says the SEC has not yet accepted the request so that could not be the reason for the selling. Selling was in anticipation of the event later in the month. How are they going to move 3.5 million shares without running down the price of the stock? If todays action gives any clue they will buy back shares at market in the morning and then sell retail shares via the market makers through the rest of the day and try and run the price back up near the close.
