Wouldn' this be -ve for the CUC half of the business (the marketing and the membership kind) ? I wonder if HFS by itself would have commandeered such P/E and P/S. Of course it's routine for some top people to leave following a merger, but this is a bit lopsided and therefore doesn't bode well. If I came from the CUC side, I'll be careful. Yes, I still like the (CD) story but I'm being cautious. There was much to say for reaping the databases with WWW. As far as the analysts go, well, they can change their mind any day and small investors will probably be the last to know... Dinesh
