John, I would suggest if your patience is running down it may be time to invest your hard earned dollars some place else. Penny stocks are extremely risky - but the pay off can be very rewarding. I have been a CVIA shareholder for over two years. However, this is only a portion of my portfoilo. But I firmly believe my patience will be rewarded in the long term. I did not invest in CVIA to roll the stock but to hold LONG. Good luck and rishes to all, KRD

* LURKER POST * received via email. Hi, I am in the benefits consulting business and our niche is these roll up companies like WOTD is trying to be. Here is what I think is going to happen: Sure they will, and have to, reverse split this stock. The multiple is whatever it takes to get to around 5-6. Yes they will condense the float which is good because at the same time frame as the split you are going to see a secondary offering. What do you think? To me this makes perfect sense. This is a NEW company and instead of a IPO which takes time and a lot of money they can increase the share price and create an illusion of an IPO with the secondary offering. A secondary at 5 or so a share will gather a lot of enthusiasm in the rollup sector. Most of the IPO in this sector are going for 14-20 a share. This will increase the value instantly for us!!! CVIA Enthusiast
