Marcos Marcos, my friend (or at least critical, respected fellow-poster), no doubt my recent display was not exactly what you had in mind when you suggested I lighten up on the threads. It is curious, though, that I first get set upon for being pedantic and too careful with my distinctions and arguments, and then get accused of vulgarity when I respond in the vernacular of the thread. (Well, perhaps not so curious. There are those here who would find fault with anyone not firmly seated in the wagon, banner waving.) In any event, the fault is doubly mine. I shouldn't have responded to Graystone and I shouldn't have traded in argumentation for chat. I mentioned privately to another poster a while ago (I don't want to give his name and burden him with guilt by association) that these sparring matches didn't serve much purpose beyond a possible afternoon's entertainment. I should have heeded my own counsel. I really did think a joust with Sir Eric might be fun, but it was a disappointment. I didn't realize he was such a sensitive chap--strange for someone who dishes out abuse with such reckless abandon. It's really too bad about butchering another dead poet. Oh well, I'm a simple limerick man, as you know. I didn't know Achilles had warriors. Do you suppose that's true? Well, I guess you can learn something on these threads. I wish you well with Crystallex, Marcos. By the way, your point about Pascua was exactly what I had in mind when I suggested there wouldn't be a decision on the 13th of this month. (But maybe Aunt Cecilia has a special belated Easter Egg for Eric. Who knows?) Regards.
