All: interested in the work being conducted here. Awaiting funds to start investment - hopefully end next week - and would then look to follow your recommendation. Would like to contribute as skill set allows - very new to investing so DD work will need to learn as I progress. However business knowledge may make up for shortcomings in DD area. Heres some to consider from own experience;

software.net - IPO due shortly - very good management team. Will be player in ecommerce of software. Also sister company of Cybersource (spliting from software.net for IPO - I guess value of 2 IO better than one - I'm sure separate Cybersource IPO will follow this year - see upside.com (ignore Releasesoft recommendation, these guys are not my choice to survive in the ecommerce space)

Techwave - IPO due soon - another destined to succeed technology and ecommerce player.

Intershop - neat technology very strong competition for Broad Vision. Much cheaper solution. IPO due on Frankfurt market soon.

More than happy to contribute where I can. Heavily involved in ecommerce business space.
