ESV is going to have sharehold meeting on May 12. There are three proporsals: one of them is for new director. Maybe the stock movement has something to do with it? Here is the link: edgar-online.com

On April 4 and 7, there are 4 Standard & Poor's Stock Reports on ESV. Apr 1, 1998 issue of The Complete Vickers Weekly Insider mentioned about UTI, either insider buy or sell.

Papaya King: You posted that both ESV and DO look really strong technically. Were you being sarcastic? If not, please elaborate. I don't know much about technical analysis, but to my untrained eye, they both look horrible (they are of course also my largest holdings).
