I have just posted a message. It is long and it may be considered to be irrelevant to you. As an investor, you should be aware of what is going on with this company. And as Independent sales reps, we are the ones that drive sales. We are the ones that create profitability for the company. This means the bottom line is directly linked to how well we do as a sales force, in the market.

I agree with you that tactics of selling would be best served somewhere else. Maybe IHI web site after it has a new face left. (I for one will try to minimize tactics on selling here.) I have tried to discuss the philosophy of the industry, which is widely misunderstood and also the heart of this company, this should be very important to the profitability to IHIN shareholders. I have also addressed concerns thrown up by others from the various issues people are concerned with. (At least you are getting another side to the story. You can use this info for YOUR concerns are drop them out the window.)

You want profitability, you can't have it without the sales force and what they do and feel is essential for growth for this company. There are other issues but this is very important to your equity in IHIN.
