Thanks Ed, For shedding some light on what these forums are all about. You can bet I'll be a regular as long as I remain a share holder in these SVB companies. Ed I believe you had a post regarding LAB having 10 million shares outstanding and 17 million fully diluted. Can you confirm what I've heard, that LAB is doing a private placement of 4+ million units at 22 cents that should close later this month. If this is accurate that would put LAB at close to 20 million outstanding. Let me know. Thanks, IKE
