M Chen...actually you raise a good point...Dreyfus does not go lightly into a small cap stock with 1+m share ownership position if they are not sufficiently comfortable and confident with their position. Obviously given the number of shares that CCSI trades, no large holder, institutional or individual, is in a "liquid" position; that type of investment presupposes that institution and/or individual is in for the long term. I've never seen a "short" position in for the long term--it's purely a trade--in a small cap stock with relatively low volume, a large short position is a "bear" to close...
