Tom, I think some money management rules need to be adopted in the rebalancing of the portfolio. I am no expert in this area but I'm sure we have some around somewhere. I think the rule of taking some money off the table when we get a 30 percent pop in one month seems to have worked pretty well. Now, how to redistribute the receipts and how much to reduce the position in the high flyers. Perhaps a 20 percent reduction? Do you have an archive of links for A. West to write his article.
