Its quite common for different 'wire agencys' to pick up on releases at different times. I have various email mechanisms in place for PR releases to be sent directly to me and the same/slightly modified story will reach me at varying times often across a 24 hour period.

The reason the price has not moved is because once again there is no meat in yesterday's press releases. Myriad is still not closed. As for the ATXI merger, "The companies noted that the mutually agreed to terms also state that the agreement is non-binding and non-exclusive." Why would anyone expect the price to take off based on these "announcements". Why doesn't FAMH have a press release to announce tomorrow is Good Friday. Still holding, but getting skeptical.
