Actually, "he used the wires" isn't exactly correct. Note that it was published by Reuters. All of their press releases are faxed to Bloomberg, DowJones, and Reuters at the same time they're faxed to shareholders.

Like the Ch11 release, Reuters saw fit to publish this one. Nothing changed on ARET's part regarding press releases; Reuters finally decided one of them was newsworthy.

I'm not disappointed this one wasn't on BusinessWire. No sense in spending the money, since this particular type of release is often deemed newsworthy by Reuters, plus since the SEC Edgar database is publicly available, everyone will see it whenever it finally shows up on Edgar.

That part puzzles me. Wonder if there's some kind of delay since they haven't been a reporting company. TVSI didn't see this kind of delay, though.

Thanks, Delmar. I must admit I was beginning to seriously doubt the financials would *ever* come out. Apparently they have. I don't expect them to be pretty and outside of the outstanding shares, don't much care what's in them.

Onward.

Bob (still skeptical, but a bit less so) Zumbrunnen
