P.S. THERE ARE NO COMPUTER PEOPLE LEFT AT THE COMPANY AND NO SUPPORT PEOPLE FOR SOFTWARE. IF ANYONE QUESTIONS THIS, GO VISIT THEM AT 200 E. SANDPOINTE AVE., STE. 200 IN SANTA ANA. OF COURSE, THEY WONT BE THERE PAST THE END OF MAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT AND BUILDING WILL NOT RE-LEASE OFFICES TO THEM! (IN OTHER WORDS, GOOD RIDDANCE!) WHY IS IT NO ONE HAS CHECKED INTO THIS BEFORE?! HOW MANY EXCUSES CAN YOU GUYS SWALLOW?

Boy...Someone woke up on the wrong side of bed...Go kick your dog, maybe you'll feel better.

A couple responses:

1.) THEY HAVE NOT LOST THE ST. JAMES CLUB. They own it and another company manages it...There is some sort of dispute with the management company...They have not lost the club and are not in jeopardy of losing the club..

2.) THEY ARE NOT GETTING KICKED OUT OF THEIR OFFICES. Their lease expires end of June and they are not renewing. They have 20,000 square feet and do not need that much anymore..Now that the meat of the software development is done, they don't need space for as many people. They have another site selected, 7800 sq. feet that they will move into...

3.) THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES. About 30-35. Go to the offices and look for yourself

4.) THEY ARE BEHIND ABOUT A WEEK ON THE PAYROLL. Sure money is tight, that has never been a secret... They have a bunch of cash they will get shortly from Rangestar that will alleviate the immediate needs, and I would guess they will likely begin receiving up front cash from licensing agreements negotiated by Rangestar in the not too distant future.

5.) ROBERT, I KNOW WE SPOKE BY INSTANT MESSAGE ON AOL A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. February I believe. Then you told me that they would NEVER go online, that they would be closed withing a couple weeks...Well lookie, they're doin bidness??? What do you have to say to that? You also said that Peter Michaels spent $130,000 of investor money on a boat for himself...Actually they spent that on a large "pirate ship" and other expenses related to their booth at the World Gaming Congress in Vegas...Their booth had more visitors than any other...

Looks like Robert needs to do his DD.

Now, no one is saying money is not tight and they don't owe some people some money. But they are not in dire straits as you make it seem, and they have successfully launched one of the best internet gaming products on the web.

I am also told within the next couple weeks investors can expect to hear some details related to the first couple months of operations. We all look forward to that.

regards,
mike

I seek the truth about Peter Michaels--do you have any further information on him like his current whereabouts and company affilliation. I've tried to locate a real address for www.casino but am not having much luck. Any help would be appreciated.
