1qtr 98 for reporting companies is due within 45 business days after the close of the quarter. some report earlier some on time so realistically once we become fully reporting, which may in fact be after this quarter then we would not be expected to report the 1stqtr 98 earnings in a specified time frame as we were not a fully reporting company at the time the quarter actually ended. However the june98=2nd qtr Must be reported in the specified time frame and the 1st qtr would be expected to be in before that time fram or along with those same reports. Am I missing the boat or did I get on at all?

We all have large ego's, at least I know I do and I bruise easily however, my conviction to remain in DGIV has nothing to do with ego.
I will not sell the goose that lays golden eggs.

I personally like the strength and consolidation and the weeding out of weak hands before the next move up. Poor little me will move some profits from other areas on any real weakness. What is real weakness
one might ask? Well to me it's would be a combination of several factors none of which are evident as of yet. No real weakness will not
move me out of thsi stock. The only thing that could seude my persuasion would be a fundamental changes in the dynamics of the company and it's management as well as a change in it's present direction towards some far off tangent yet unseen.

Apart from the above, I know of no reason to change my position.
