Looks like Hondo bites the dust.... biz.yahoo.com [will most likely be de-listed from AMEX as result] No comments on the Nat.Gas fall today? Can't access the whole story from Bloomberg..but major price drop due to excess inventory data.. Might want to now avoid drillers with gas exposure! <g> Personally, made up large chunk of ESV loss today with NE, GLM, & RDC sold into morning strength...This will make for a good attitude going into the 3 day weekend. Hope everybody has a Happy Easter...

What does this mean for GLM... article--> Global Marine files $425 mln shelf offer WASHINGTON, April 9 (Reuters) - Global Marine Inc. filed Thursday a shelf offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission for up to $425 million in debt securities and preferred and common stock. The Houston-based offshore drilling contracting company said it will use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include refinancing of debt, working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and repurchases or redemptions of securities.
