Dennis, I agree on all counts. The news of the aquisition bodes well for UTI longer term and, to me, is indicative of the overall health of the company at this time. Let us know when you get that report. Also, of potentially big significance is a report on the "strictly oil" thread that UTI insiders have transacted recently. The poster did not know who they were and whether they were buys or sells!! Maybe someone can get their hands on that report??
