Harold, Here's the BOP scoop on the stocks you asked about. UTI - BOP green last 14 days, someone is accumulating. Last Fri, Mon, Tues, BOP at 100%, last (2) days about 85-90% HLX - BOP turned green on Monday 100% - someone must have known good news was or is coming. TCMS - Strong accumulation last (3) weeks. BOP 100% last (2)weeks of March, Bop April is about 70%. Today it fell to (0). Maybe just pre holiday lack of interest. There is not alot of history on TCMS, it may be a newer issue.?
