Rajiv, I found the error of my ways in premiums.... Thanks for the lesson. however, my math works well above $6.25 ROFL. I bought the commons as well to be sure to hit this issue where it will count the most. I would love to be able to exercise my warrants in at a strike price of 6.25 when the price is $25.00 it's possible... Byron

Rajiv, I'm counting on the underlying value in IFLY with a price of 5 1/8 it was trailing sales ~5.45x now at 6 31/32 trailing sales =? relative to most internet plays let's just let it approximate the valuation of it's counterpart PTVL
