Warthog, there is no way FAMH could get $3 million from ATXI on a $200,000 stock investment, sorry.

One would have to first subtract the $1.5 million in liabilities first from the $3 million total. Getting the other $1.5 million assumes getting what they paid for raw materials (doubtful) and getting retail for lots of vacuums, etc. on a moment's notice (really doubtful). It also assumes FAMH could get paid for intangible assets, deferred income taxes, capitalized software development costs, and other such assets.

Ain't gonna happen.

More likely that Ira sells the ATXI at fire-sale prices to the majority stockholders who are essential to the deal. That's their payoff.

Anyone who didn't read Marks post 11459, might want to check it out.

Mark had a one on one with IRA and it made for interesting
reading. Also, someone else said the 1/4 is not set in stone
and that a conversion ratio could be anywhere between 2.5 - 4, but not more than the 1/4 stated in the press release.

The deal is, IMO, closer to reality but not close to inking yet.
Both parties have until 30 April to sign the agreement, extend
the deadline or let it go. It is financially more beneficial for
all concerned to get this deal accomplished quickly and painlessly.
I'm hoping for quick and painless. Not long and drawn out.

I believe .1085 earnings are probably already discounted in our price
based on the press release. We had a .30 cent level increase which double the stock price. I won't be surprised not to see too much of a jump with Myriad closing because everyone knows about it already and not much action. We might see some initial pop up on Monday or Tuesday when Myriad becomes final but staying power concerns me.
Hope I'm dead wrong!

The way the MM's are holding onto this stock makes me believe we
just are not going to see a big spike and hold, in price even with
the Myriad news. These are just my ramblings. As unsure as I feel,
I'm glad I don't have any ATRIX stock at this point. They will
really tank badly if this deal falls through, at least we have
real earnings to keep us growing.

Kevin - thinking out loud again.
