You are quite right on that, looking back. But RIGHT NOW, what do you expect the scenario to look like so you know when to write covered calls and when to cover them? If you have more SPECIFICS, I am interested in hearing about them. For example, I myself is partly expecting and partly hoping HP will make a run for $72 in the next month or so, and probably lose it all with their usual earnings disappointments in May, but what DO YOU THINK? Thanks for the input if you have any.
