OK I can see Peter getting caught double dipping by why is he publically denying it?
Won't he be held liable for his obligations?

He's denying there's a relationship between FMI and Arcon, He's not denying that he's got an agreement to help develop the same marketing strategy with Arcon. Seems to me more like if I were doing freelance work on the side and my 9-5 boss made me issue a statement that my 9-5 company was not associated with that work. No need for clarification because there's never been any association with FMI and Arcon that's been announced.

What liability if it really was just a release claiming dis-association with non-associated parties? What dat?
