Eric, either way, Monday or soon after, we should begin to reach some parity with the commons, seperated by ~$2.25-$2.75 from the commons.

Hmmm...

I just checked back at Edgar, and the plot thickens...

Today the issue of the exercise price came up repeatedly at an
IRC daytrader channel. I checked the original SB-2 at edgar prior to posting my last message, but didn't look very closely since the
7.50 number was agreed on at IRC.

Now, when I check the multiple amendments to the SB-2 at edgar,
it turns out that the 6:th and last SB-2/A has it at 125% or $6.25

This is _very_ interesting... I belived the 150% ($7.50) number and
_still_ thought the warrant a bargain. If the lower number is correct, as indeed it seems to be it is a lot better ($1.25 better in fact).

I cannot but help wonder if many other traders made the same mistake which would have kept the warrant down compared to the common... This might turn out very nice on monday morning.

Does anyone on this thread have the printed prospectus? It should contain the final word on the matter. For anyone inclined to dig into the SEC filings for themselves the URL is:

eric--I received the same information, which is that the strike price is indeed $6.25 and not $7.50.
