Marie, I agree, it sure looks like new shares. And it looks like they are free to trade, immediately. Someone now has 5 Million shares BCMD at .30 and another 5 Million warrants at .65. Off Shore. Free to trade. Anybody know what the tax laws are for capital gains on U.S. Securities, owned and sold "off shore" by a foreign corporation? And, I am getting more and more curious to know who the principles in this foreign corporation are!

You know, Phoenix brought up a good point, don't know for sure whether the shares are free or restricted or whether they are new shares. I encourage everyone to call the company to find out for sure and post the results here.
