<<So now what would a GTE win for Orckit do to WSTL in the short term, and what will happen to Orckit stock price? A continued uptrend starting Monday, or a short term pop and then gradual descent, as we have seen so many times with WSTL after news releases?>>

I expect a nice pop on the announcement, followed by the usual decline. However, I think this time may be a little different. Why, because a GTE deployment announcement (or any announcement) will signal xDSL hitting main street. I hold Orckit long and will continue, the shakeouts of late have been just that :) Also, I know BEL had demo's Today of DSL, these demos, according to my sources went extremely well. But the demo's were Today. For this reason, I find it difficult to believe that BEL is going to announce a deal on Monday.
