Eric, the warrants could be trading at ~$4.50 based on curent price or near that value not $3.75. Look at RMII and RMIIW, prices.
We could be in a similar situation.

The help I would suggest is to change brokers! You will get 3.75 in value only if the stock is selling for 10 by the time you receive your shares from the conversion. You will have to pay $6.25/share. Subtract that from the shares price when you have the shares in your account and you will have the exact extra value you have received.
