I finally realized the error of my ways. It has to do with scaling options, and having multiple indicators, including multiple moving averages, in one window. If you have one scale on the left, different from the scale on the right, it affects the placement of the arrows in the system tests. I didn't make sure that every indicator had the same scaling. Now the arrows for the crossing points are correct.

I only realized this after seeing that a moving average over price seemed to be a bit off, a bit misplaced. The reason was the scaling. Price was scaled on the right, and the MA on the left (with a different scale).
