Dear Kevin: Yes, that is true and this one has flopped around also ever since its recent IPO. But I feel times are a little different now. Body shops, in particular Indian body shops, where the supply of reasonably priced programmers seems limitless, are currently in vogue. With the shortage of Programmers in USA due at least partially to the Y2k crisis about at hand I would think anyone with a supply of talented labor will do well. On top of that CMND has a very nice Niche in insurance industry which I would imagine has much code to be remediated thus tying up all the programmers they can get their hands on. Anyhow, I see little downside risk here in this climate and as I said earlier, a lot of people missed the rapid runup of SYNT and will be looking to see if they can emulate it with another stock. This one seems the most similar to SYNT that I am aware of. JDN
