If they don't call them at $10.00 and the stocks keeps going up so will the warrants. However, it is to the company's advantage to call the warrants unless, they hold a ton of them themselves, in which case they won't mind letting them Really run and they will also be able to buy the "cheap shares" at $6.25.
Depends on the parity and whether or not they "call" them in at $10.00.
