Most of us on this thread have the faith. My concern is with what's happening in the marketplace. Why isn't FAMH approaching $.75 or $1.00. When ATXI finally acknowledged the possible merger, their price went from $3.25 to its current $2.63. IMO this is the market adjusting for what they think will happen and what they feel is the value of the post merger company. No matter what the ratio, if everyone felt this merger was sure to happen and the new ATXI would earn $.36/share, both stocks would be going up now. The fact that they are going the opposite way (down) concerns me.
