I use Omega Supercharts for my technical analysis.
Daily Stochastics indicate support at 26.25 - 26.50.

Since the rest of the NASDAQ market has rallied I would look for an upward move in Oracle over the next week to about the 31 level with a bearish trend after that.

Combined with the other report this week, that mentioned their thinking on a correction this year, I think they are merely suggesting that things could get ugly for ORCL, or ANY stock, in a nasty correction. They aren't going to be looking for the extreme. I think a test of the Jan low is a bit aggressive, I will happily sell my puts around 21 1/2.
