I think that investors understand exactly what this means, Frank! De Beers knocked on a lot of ADP juniors before they found one that took the hook. Why, do you suppose, TYR took the bait and the others didn't? The $5.5 million is paltry consideration when weighed against the windfall expected from and economic diamond mine. If I were a shareholder, I'd ask why they didn't hold out for a deal like MPV has? Incidentally, I don't think its a bad deal, I just find the timing curious.
