RFC executives don't respond. On Monday night I called Director of Operations Stacy O'Brian in Orlando, Florida and left my phone number and email address on his voice mail. Three days later - zero: no phone call, no email. And the only question I asked was about RFC's future plans. Not exactly encouraging for a potential investor.
