If the authorized issued shares for CMYN are 300 million, what happens if/when this total is reached as the prefereds continue to convert? Does it halt the preferds from continuing to convert when the maximum is reached? Until the conversion stops either by reaching the limit, a settlement, or SEC intervention, this issue will not bounce. But at 300 million shares, and a value of 30 million dollars for the company, we should be worth about .10. I am against a consolidation if the preferds can continue to convert after a restrucure. We would revisit the same problem we have now, only with a smaller percentage of ownership for the original commons.
