Hi ya Kurt; Their phone number is 800 299 7823. To answer your questions, (the best I can), 1) Brocker is in the Information Technology (IT) business. 2) Shares out are 11,400,000 with management holding around 55%, which I guess would leave about 5,100,000 in the float. 3) Now your question as to debt, looking at the 1997 annual report it shows long term debt at $115,000!!! It seems this company has grown like it has from internal funding....which in my mind is quite an achievement. The TSE is the Toronto Stock Exchange which I think is about the sixth largest exchange in the world and home to companies like Newbridge Networks, Bombardier, Air Canada, Barrick, Nova Corp and more....the TSE is Canada's most senior exchange with a credible reputation around the global investment community. If you get a package, let me know what you think.

See ya in the movies....Okey!
